Master´s thesis focuses on analysis of changes connected to companies growth. Company growth typically results in creation of specific departments and tasks segmentation, which may lead to the occurrence of communication problems and the need of functional coordination. In accord with these changes new management roles appear and the company organization scheme becomes a matter of rearrangement.

Relationship of the Organizational Atmosphere and selected Processes in the Organization

This bachelor's thesis analyzes the organizatinal atmosphere in a particular working group in the selected organization and identifying the relationship of the organizational atmosphere and the adaptation process. The theoretical part includes definitions of key terms, which are used in the practical part. In conclusion, the results and recommendations for the work of managers in the organization are listed.
